How It Works
In Home Pet Care
- Send us email to set up an appointment. If you prefer, send us email with your phone number and we'll call you.
- We will meet with you and your pet in your home, where we can review where supplies and favorite toys are kept.
- If you're visiting the area and need pet care, we will come to your hotel lobby or rental home.
- Please have pet history, feeding schedule, shot records, medications, your away contact information, a key, names and phone numbers of anyone who has access to your home.
- Based on our conversation, we will send you a checklist and a service contract with the services your pet needs and the associated fees. Please review it and make any changes necessary at least two days before your departure.
- Please be sure there is enough food, treats and medication available to keep your pet happy and healthy while you're away.
- If your pet has health insurance, please leave the policy number with us.
- Start of pet care. We come to your home and care for your pet. The first day we'll send email with a report to let you know everything is going as planned. A follow up report will come by email at the end of your trip. Feel free to call to check how your pet is doing.
- Please call to let us know when you return. If we don't hear from you, we'll continue care at the regularly scheduled time until you return.
